Every item is quality checked before it is shipped out to our customers. If the item reaches you damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase with pictures of the damaged item & packaging. We will try our best to resolve the issue by exchanging with a similar item (if available in stock) or an equivalent item with the same cost price or higher or give you store credit.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you our mailing address in United States for the return shipment. Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping & handling cost of the return shipment to us.
There are certain situations where exchange or refund will not be granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase
